The profession that conveys a message through digital animation
An animator works mainly on animated films for feature films, short films, marketing and computer games. An animator plans and executes an animation project from idea to finished result.
He or she needs a sound knowledge of digital animation, such as 2D and 3D techniques, and must know how to convey an emotion, movement, or message by bringing characters to life and creating a story through various expressions and animations. As an animator, you are an actor with a pencil or with a computer. You must be able to develop aesthetic, vivid expressions.
