Facebook (Share, Like etc.)

StagePool uses plugins in the facebook.com social network, operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA ("Facebook"). The plugins are marked with a Facebook logo. When the user calls the website for StagePool services that contain such a plugin, the user's browser establishes a direct connection to the Facebook servers. The content of the plug-ins is transferred via Facebook directly to the user's browser and integrated into the user's web browser.

By integrating the plug-ins, Facebook gets the information that the user has provided on third-party websites. If the user is logged in to Facebook, Facebook can assign the user's visit to their "face book account". If the user interacts with plug-ins, for example, press the "Like" button or leave a comment, the corresponding information from the user's browser is sent directly to Facebook and stored there.

Google "+1"

StagePool uses the +1 button on the Google Plus social network operated by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google"). The button can be identified by the "+1" sign on a white or colored background.

When the user presses the "+1" button, the user's browser establishes a direct connection to Google's servers. The contents of the "+1" button are transmitted by Google directly to the user's browser and are incorporated by the user into the website. StagePool does not affect the amount of data that Google collects from the button.

The purpose and scope of the data collection and further processing and use of data from Google as well as the user's rights and setting options for the protection of privacy are taken from the privacy policy's Google "+1" button:
https://developers.google.com/+/web/buttons-policy

If the user is a Google Plus subscriber and wants to prevent their data from being tracked, they must sign out of Google Plus before visiting StagePool.

StagePool uses Google AdSense, an advertising service for Google Inc. ("Google"). For this advertising service, Google uses AdSense "cookies", which are text files stored on the user's computer and which allow an analysis of the use of the website. In addition, Google AdSense uses so-called web beacons. These are invisible graphics. Based on "web beacons", information such as visitor traffic to web pages can be evaluated. With the help of cookies and "web beacons", data is generated by using StagePool's website. This data is personal, as the IP address is also stored. Google collects this personal information and sends it to your advertisers if necessary. The information is collected, stored and transmitted for the purpose of advertising. If the user wants to avoid the collection of his personal data, he can prevent the installation of cookies or "web beacons" with a corresponding setting of his browser software. In this case, however, not all features of the StagePool website can be used.

Twitter

StagePool also uses Twitter 'short message service' features offered by Twitter Inc., 795 Folsom Street, Suite 600, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. By using the Twitter functions, the websites that the user visits are linked to their Twitter account and forwarded to other users. This process also sends data to Twitter. As a provider of the pages, StagePool has no knowledge of the nature, content and scope of the transmitted data. The user can edit his privacy settings on Twitter in his account settings. Further information can be found under Twitter's privacy policy.

To avoid social media operators using plugins during the visit to StagePool, the user can disable the social media plug-in button or at the beginning of their visit where social media logs out operators from StagePool and delete cookies from the social media operators browser
